JER Associates Management was established with a team of property and development professionals carrying, between them, over forty years of practitioner experience. The firm exists to do one job: turn a landowner's site into a completed development, with the landowner retaining the development margin instead of selling the site cheap to a volume housebuilder.

Most landowners are approached repeatedly with offers from national housebuilders. Each of those offers leaves the development profit on the housebuilder's balance sheet. JER's alternative is a turnkey route — site acquisition or option, planning, funding, contractor procurement, delivery, sale — managed as a single accountable workstream by the people who have done it before.

JER takes its initials from John Richardson, the firm's founding principal. John has been active in property and development for more than thirty years and has assembled the partner network that JER draws on for every project — architects, planners, lenders, contractors and sales agents.
